1. How much room is required to set-up a jumper?
Depending on the size of the jumper clearance will vary. We require a minimum of 4 feet clearance in diameter. When you call to reserve your jump house, we will advise you of the dimensions for your particular jumper or review the jumper description page for more information.

2. How long does it take to set up and take down a bounce house?
It takes no longer than 5-10 minutes to set up a bounce house. For bigger bouncy houses, it may take a little longer than usual to set-up depending on the surface or objects around the set up area that may cause a safety concern. If no electricity is available, there is an additional fee if a generator is required.

Take down usually takes 15 minutes to deflate and remove. Depending on the size of the bounce house, variation time to take down will vary.

3. Can you set up on my driveway, bark, grass, dirt, or asphalt?
Yes, the safest surface to set-up is a level grass area as long as there are no sharp objects or sprinkler heads near the area of set-up. We secure the jumpers with stakes or sandbags.

On driveways, bark, or asphalt we can tie a rope to a near by object or provide sandbags to secure the jumper in place. Jumpers are ok to set-up in a slight slope as long as no objects obstruct airflow.

We do not set-up waterslides on dirt at this time. However, there is an additional fee of $30 for setting up a bounce house on dirt.

5. What if it rains or drizzles?
If the weather looks like it will be unsafe before delivery, we will call you in the morning to discuss, whether we should cancel the bounce house rental and reschedule your event. However, if you chose to keep the jumper despite drizzle there will be no refund.

Safety is our #1 priority if it is raining or there is a storm on your event day, we will not deliver your bounce house rental as it may cause a safety concern.

6. Can the jumper, obstacle course, or waterslide be kept overnight?
Yes, as long as the jumper, obstacle course, or waterslide is not booked for the following day and is set-up in a secure area.

An additional fee will apply to keep the jumper, obstacle course, or waterslide overnight. Pick up time will occur the following day in the morning.

Can you set up on at a Park?
For park rentals, we require a $50 deposit along with a valid driver%u2019s license ID. The remaining balance due is payable upon delivery.

Contact Cyber Jumps Event & Party Rentals to check availability for the inflatable jumper. Do not attempt to book the park reservation order online yourself. All park reservations require a live call with a Cyber Jumps representative.

Please make sure to have your cell phone available in the event the driver needs to contact you. If the customer is running 10 minutes behind the reserved time, the driver will leave and have to come back later to set-up. There will be an extra re-delivery fee of $25

7. What forms of payment do you take?
Currently, we accept cash or credit card payments. There is a 3 -5 % fee for using a credit card. We accept checks from businesses with which we have established a working relationship (such as day care centers, corporate organizations, church organizations, and schools).

8. Do you require a deposit to reserve a jumper or other party rentals?
Please contact a representative from Cyber Jumps Event & Party Rentals to discuss further. Some units will require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Some party rentals will require a deposit and others will not. For an event order, a deposit will be required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery in cash or with a credit card.


9. How do I know that you will show up?
We call you the day before to confirm the delivery time and location of your party rental. Our company is dedicated to making our customers happy and satisfied, maintaining a very good reputation to our customers is important to us.

10. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We ask that you cancel your reservation within 72 hours before your event to allow another interested customer the opportunity to reserve a bounce house or other party rental equipment. No cancellation fee will apply, but we do ask that you cancel in a timely manner.

If you paid a deposit, a credit is applied toward a future rental within 1 year. No refunds will be issued.

10. How many children can use the jumper safely?
Depending on the size of your bounce house rental or inflatable jumper, the number of children and adults who can jump safely will vary. We do not recommend small children to jump with older children at the same time, particularly small children.

Supervision is required at all times. The driver will advise you to follow the safety rules printed on the front of your party rental.
